Senior ABM Specialist at BairesDev

In this role, you'll lead BairesDev's ABM and demand-gen efforts to fuel our commercial growth. You'll plan and execute campaigns for strategic accounts, collaborating closely with Sales to accelerate opportunities and expand client relationships. It's an ideal position for a marketer who thrives on measurable impact and wants to see their campaigns directly influence revenue.

What You'll Do

• Develop integrated ABM and demand-gen campaigns that target high-value enterprise and tech accounts.
• Partner with Sales and SDR teams to identify and prioritize target accounts and buyer personas.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, and direct outreach to drive engagement and pipeline.
• Measure campaign performance and optimize tactics to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
• Align marketing and commercial teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
