Job Description

The Segundo Cozinheiro will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place in the kitchen and assisting the First Cook.

What will I be doing?

As a Segundo Cozinheiro, your responsibilities include:

• Preparing the mise en place for the kitchen
• Setting up orders for sales points
• Ensuring organization and hygiene in the kitchen
• Cooking food using appropriate techniques under supervision
• Storing and checking the validity of food products
• Assisting other departments when necessary
• Transmitting shift information during handovers
• Performing additional duties assigned by the supervisor
