Job Description

A Second Cook will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and assist the First Cook.

What will I be doing?

• Produce the Mise en Place in the kitchen
• Set up orders for sales points
• Ensure organization and hygiene in the kitchen
• Prepare food using appropriate techniques under supervision
• Store and check food validity
• Assist other departments when necessary
• Transmit shift information during changeovers
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
