Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Security Officer to support the Security Manager across our UK parks, helping to maintain a safe, welcoming environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will help monitor and respond to incidents, keep detailed security logs, and uphold licensing conditions across our sites. This role requires a vigilant, customer-focused approach and the ability to work well under pressure.

Qualifications

• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) and full clean UK driving licence (Manual)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident to communicate and influence others to enable effective conflict resolution
• Able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment

Job description

As our new Security Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Security Manager and wider team to keep our park safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. You’ll help maintain a secure environment for all guests while delivering excellent customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression.

What you will be doing...

• Maintain a proactive security presence to create a safe environment for our guests, colleagues, and visitors, whilst upholding our park licensing conditions.
• Monitor situations and deal with any potential problems.
• Respond to incidents and support appropriately.
• Maintain security logs, accident, and incident reports with a high level of detail and accuracy.

About you...

• Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) & full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car)
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confident to communicate and influence others to enable effective conflict resolution.
