Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Security Coordinator to support Corporate Security operations across Latin America South, headquartered in Brazil. You will coordinate security activities across multiple sites, manage risks, and oversee providers while collaborating with site leaders and regional partners to create a secure and resilient business environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and professional English; Spanish is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Professional English; Spanish valued.
• Experience in Corporate Security, Risk Management, Loss Prevention, or Security Operations.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, chemical, or similar complex environments.
• Knowledge of physical security systems, incident management, and security service providers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel across Latin America and work from Jundiaí/SP office at least three days per week.

About this Position

We are looking for a Security Coordinator to support Corporate Security operations across Latin America South (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Colombia). In this role, you will coordinate security activities across the region, manage risks and incidents, oversee security providers, and support the implementation of security standards. You will work closely with site leaders, regional stakeholders, and external partners to help create a secure and resilient business environment.

What you´ll do

• Coordinate security operations across multiple sites in Latin America.
• Monitor risks, investigate incidents, and support effective response actions.
• Manage security service providers and drive service quality and compliance.
• Support security assessments and follow up on mitigation plans.
• Maintain security reports, KPIs, and incident records.

• Contribute to crisis management, travel security, and emergency response activities.
