Job summary

Henkel in Brazil is seeking an Innovation Project Management Specialist to lead complex R&D initiatives across LATAM, strengthening Henkel's innovation ecosystem through strategic partnerships and collaboration with universities, startups, research centers, and industry networks.

This role blends project management with innovation enablement, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to accelerate discovery, growth, and responsible collaboration while ensuring IP protection.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience managing Product R&D projects.
• Experience with innovation ecosystems and partnerships.
• Knowledge of IP and innovation partnership models.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
• Advanced English is required.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to work onsite in Jundiaí (ICJ).

This role combines project management expertise with innovation enablement, acting as a key connection between Henkel, universities, startups, research institutions, and industry partners to accelerate innovation and business growth.
