Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, contact, and qualify new business opportunities in the global crypto ecosystem. Your goal is to fill the pipeline with high-potential prospects and schedule strategic meetings with our marketing, finance, and technology specialists.

You’ll play a key role in our growth by initiating relationships with founders, CMOs, and crypto leaders around the world.

Key Objectives

• Identify and engage qualified leads in the crypto industry
• Book high-quality meetings for our internal experts to close deals
• Contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect Web3 companies via X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Initiate outbound contact via email, DM, or messaging tools to generate interest
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with internal specialists
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to refine prospecting strategies
• Stay updated on crypto industry trends and client pain points to personalize outreach

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client outreach
• Strong communication skills and confidence in prospecting
• Willingness to learn fast
• Organized and results-oriented with experience using CRM tools
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus
