Qualificações

• 6+ anos de experiência como Scrum Master ou Gerente de Projetos.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

Ben Fatto is looking for a Scrum Master who wants to work in international Scrum teams with a global leading-market software, in an environment of continuous professional development and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

1. Sets up and facilitates all Scrum team ceremonies.
2. Tracks down the progress of activities in daily meetings.
3. Operates on team impediments to keep productivity high.
4. Evaluates process improvement opportunities based on own experience, team suggestions, and outcomes of sprint retrospectives.
5. Reports delivery results, quality, deadlines, and cost along with client's management through indicators and graphics.
6. Makes sure that the scope defined by the Product Owner is delivered with high quality.
7. Promotes the development of team members.
8. Maintains a collaborative spirit and mediates conflict situations.
9. Reports overall results to Ben Fatto managers.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
2. Experience managing software development teams with Agile methodologies.
3. Experience with large-scale and web-based software.
4. Great communication, teamwork, negotiation, persuasion, follow-up, and conflict management skills.
5. Experience in making reports and presentations to Senior Management and directors.
6. Experience in data collection and analysis, and executive summary generation.
7. Experience leading remote groups.
8. Experience applying and monitoring metrics for the evolution of teams (burndown, velocity, lead time, cycle time).
9. Agile methodologies knowledge and the ability to adapt them to individual needs of the team and/or the organization.
10. CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM I (Professional Scrum Master level I) or equivalent.
11. Macro viewing capability.
12. Flexibility and tolerance to understand cultural differences among countries.
13. Time flexibility (office hours are the expected work time, but meetings with people from different time zones like India might occur).
14. Fluent in English.
