• Experiência avançada em desenvolvimento de software como Developer e/ou Scrum Master.
• Conhecimento em projetos de migração e análise de dados é um diferencial.

Responsabilidades

What you will do:

• Manage the team using the Scrum agile methodology, leading the main Scrum routines to achieve the Sprint Goal;
• Be a reference in problem-solving for the team and remove impediments;
• Analyze and monitor Scrum KPIs (Burndown Chart, Velocity, Planning KPIs, etc.), using the JIRA platform;
• Lead and support the Sprint ceremonies for the development team;
• Support the analytics team with integrations, testing, and technical maintenance of the financial products for the client.

What we are looking for:

• Advanced/Fluent English;
• Advanced experience in software development, acting as a Developer and/or Scrum Master;
• Experience/knowledge in migration projects, engineering, and/or data analysis;
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and their application;
• Values communication, transparency, and the ability to share knowledge;
• Ability to guide teams towards delivering business value.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Scrum Master certification;
• Basic SQL skills.
