BRP is seeking a Scrum Master - Team Coach in Campinas (on-site 50% time, hybrid) to drive an Agile transformation. You will coach teams, facilitate workshops, and partner with Product Owners to improve delivery and product backlog practices across BRP’s global teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in similar roles, fluent English and Portuguese, and a hands-on approach to lean operations, Kanban, and metrics-driven improvements. Hybrid work supported with strong learning culture.

Responsabilidades

• Co-create a Scrum Master - Team Coach agreement with objectives for stable teams or multiple teams.
• Promote pragmatic adoption of BRP Agile practices.
• Help teams deliver high-value increments meeting stakeholders.
• Identify and remove impediments; drive improvement opportunities.
• Support Product Owners with backlog practices and growth.
• Lead workshops to foster candid feedback and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the global Agile Transformation team across BRP.
• Prepare and improve workshops and training materials; drive metrics.
• Advise and coach leaders; embody agile values without dogma.

SCRUM MASTER \- TEAM COACH

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co‑create a Scrum Master \- Team Coach agreement with specific objectives with two separate dedicated stable teams or with a collection of teams and their leadership to
• Ensure pragmatic adoption of Agile mindset and BRP Agile practices
• Help teams focus to rapidly create high‑value increments of high quality that satisfy business stakeholders
• Identify, map, and remove impediments and seek improvement opportunities
• Support Product Owners in their growth and development as well as product management and product backlog best practices
• Lead by example as well as facilitate workshops to grow a culture of candid feedback and continuous improvement
• Have a systemic impact by being part of and contributing to the global Agile Transformation team byHelping evolve agile culture and practices to be implemented across BRP
• Preparing and improving workshops and training sessions to be sharedInstilling a continuous improvement mindset to the organization, by using metrics to bring to light areas of improvement and measuring progress
• Supporting leaders by advising, teaching and coaching them
• Apply the values and principles of agility without being dogmatic

This job requires you to work on‑site 50% of the time from our offices (Campinas)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
• You can communicate fluently in English and Brazilian Portuguese, as you will have to collaborate with colleagues locally and in other countries
• You can effectively foster trusting relationships with people of different personality types
• You embody the values and principles of the Manifesto
• You can adapt your style to the context and maturity of the team(s) you are working with
• You have experience creating and leveraging metrics to help teams make better decisions
• You have experience creating and facilitating workshops to structure the ideation and thought process of participants and make the workshop a success
• You have contributed to put in place an Agile system at scale supporting multiple teams
• You have knowledge of traditional project management, because you and your team will interact with projects
• You have Kanban system design and lean operations experience
• Organizer of Communities of Practice (CoP), Centers of Expertise (CoE) or other self‑organized forums

STAND OUT WITH...

• Scrum Master certification and Agile related certifications
• Coaching and facilitation certifications or demonstrable skills
• Lean or Kanban certifications or demonstrable skills
• System & process mapping skills
• Experience facilitating with on‑site, remote and hybrid teams
• Experience with Product Management lifecycle and Customer Centricity
• Experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance, and Data & Analytics
• Being a power user of Jira and experienced in virtual whiteboarding (Mural or Miro)
