Job summary

BRP is seeking a Senior SAP Logistics Analyst (EWM & TM) to join the Logistics Application Delivery and Lifecycle team in the Information and Technology organization. You will lead end-to-end SAP EWM/TM implementations, align logistics processes across business units, and deliver scalable SAP solutions in a global landscape.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience in EWM and TM, strong S/4HANA knowledge, and a proven track record in large international projects, with a focus on

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior functional analyst for SAP EWM, TM, and IM, supporting programs, implementations, improvements, and support activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize and integrate end-to-end logistics processes, translating requirements into SAP solutions.
• Lead or contribute to S/4HANA implementations, transformation, and migrations including fit-gap, design, config, testing, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless SAP integration.
• Provide recommendations and guidance on SAP logistics solutions.
• Deliver expert-level support for incidents, enhancements, root-cause analysis, and improvements.
• Contribute to governance, architecture, standards, and best practices for scalable solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
• Promote servant leadership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within agile delivery teams.

Join BRP's Logistics Application Delivery and Lifecycle team within the Information and Technology (I&T) organization as a Senior SAP Logistics Analyst (EWM & TM). Working alongside a team of SAP functional and technical experts, you will help drive operational excellence and support BRP's strategic priorities through the delivery of innovative, integrated logistics solutions.

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP professional with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, extensive experience in EWM and TM, and a strong track record of leading implementation projects in complex SAP environments. Beyond technical and functional knowledge, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to understand, align, and integrate logistics business processes across multiple business units, helping to deliver continuous value and support BRP's growth journey.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior functional analyst for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), and Inventory Management (IM), supporting strategic programs, project implementations, continuous improvement initiatives, and application support activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand, optimize, and integrate end-to-end logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation planning and execution, translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead or contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, and migration initiatives, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integration across the SAP ecosystems
• Provide recommendations and guidance to stakeholders on SAP logistics solutions
• Deliver expert-level support for complex incidents, enhancements, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to SAP governance, solution architecture, standards, and best practices to ensure sustainable and scalable solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both IT leadership and business stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of servant leadership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within agile delivery teams

Your Qualifications And Skills

• University degree or equivalent by experience
• 8+ years of hands‑on SAP functional experience in EWM and TM
• Experience in large‑scale and international S/4HANA implementation projects, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Warehouse Management and Transportation Management to support, design, and optimize SAP solutions across our logistics and supply chain operations including integration points with FI/CO, MM and SD
• Proven ability to bridge business requirements with SAP system design and configuration
• Experience in global/multi‑business unit environments with complex, integrated SAP landscapes.
• Excellent skills in solution design, problem‑solving, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of integration with 3PLs, carriers, or automation system
• Experience in scaled agile environment (e.g SAFe, LeSS)
• Comfortable operating in a multi‑time zone environment and participating in escalations for critical incidents
