Accenture Pte Ltd seeks a senior Source to Pay Track Lead to drive end-to-end SAP Ariba and S/4HANA transformation delivery. You will coordinate across the Procure to Pay landscape and act as primary Ariba Downstream Lead with strong client-facing and delivery-management capabilities.

The role requires deep Ariba experience, 12+ years total, and proven ability to manage offshore teams and complex data migrations, with executive-level governance and collaboration across multiple workstreams.

Qualificações

• Min 12 years total experience in SAP/ERP delivery.
• 5–7 Ariba transformation programmes (full-cycle).
• Deep Ariba Downstream modules: Buying, Invoicing, Catalog mgmt, Invoice Automation.
• Strong S/4HANA P2P integration knowledge (MM/LIV).
• Data migration coordination and cutover management.
• Proven ability to lead senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Experience coordinating offshore/nearshore delivery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Ariba Downstream implementation across all delivery phases—design, build, test, cutover.
• Own S2P delivery plan; manage milestones, risks, dependencies.
• Act as primary client interface for Source to Pay; run workshops and signoffs.
• Ensure seamless Ariba–S/4HANA integration across P2P and S2C processes.
• Coordinate data migration activities for S2P master data and content; lead cutover planning/execution.
• Manage and mentor an offshore S2P team; coordinate cross-track with Finance and other workstreams.
• Support client change management and business readiness activities.

Role Overview

A senior Source to pay Track Lead to drive end-to-end SAP Ariba and S/4HANA transformation delivery, acting as the primary Ariba Downstream Lead while coordinating across the broader Procure to pay/Source to contract landscape. The role combines deep functional expertise with strong client-facing and delivery management capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Ariba Downstream implementation (Buying, Invoicing, Supplier Management) across all delivery phases — design, build, test, cutover


• Own S2P track delivery plan; manage workstream milestones, risks, and dependencies


• Act as primary client and stakeholder interface for Source to Pay; facilitate workshops, sign-offs, and escalation resolution


• Ensure seamless integration between Ariba and S/4HANA across Procure to pay and Source to contract processes


• Coordinate data migration activities for Source to pay master data and transactional content; lead cutover planning and execution


• Manage and mentor an offshore Source to pay team; run cross-track coordination with Finance, Material Management, and adjacent workstreams


• Support client change management and business readiness activities

Required Experience & Skills

• Min 12 years of total experience; minimum 5–7 Ariba transformation programmes (full-cycle delivery preferred)


• Deep expertise in Ariba Downstream modules: Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Catalog Management, Invoice Automation


• Strong functional understanding of S/4HANA Procure to pay (MM/LIV) and Source to contract integration touchpoints


• Proven experience in data migration coordination and cutover management in SAP ERP programmes


• Demonstrated ability to manage senior client stakeholders and lead governance forums


• Experience managing offshore/nearshore teams in a structured delivery model


• Familiarity with SAP Ariba–S/4HANA integration architecture (SAP Business Network, CIG/Integration Suite preferred)
