KSTACK is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a SAP delivery team in a cross-functional, global setting. You will drive Agile ceremonies, manage dependencies and unblock blockers to keep the team focused on execution and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will have SAP ECC delivery experience, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish a plus), with LATAM localization knowledge and a track record of KPI and dashboard reporting.

Qualificações

• Working knowledge of SAP SD, MM, FI and O2C processes.
• Good understanding of LATAM localization requirements including tax and invoicing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and facilitate core Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Drive day-to-day delivery, follow-up actions, dependencies, risks, blockers, and commitments.
• Identify delivery risks and impediments, engage stakeholders, and drive resolution.
• Manage team backlog, sprint tracking, dashboards, and demand roadmap using JIRA and Excel.
• Foster servant leadership culture focused on coaching, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams (SAP Functional Analysts, ABAP Developers, Architects, Basis, Security, Integration).
• Support delivery across LATAM and global stakeholders; align with technical and business leaders.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic delivery environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support a SAP delivery team operating in a complex, cross-functional, and global environment. This role requires a strong Agile mindset, hands-on delivery leadership, and the ability to drive accountability, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and keep the team focused on execution and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience working with SAP ECC delivery teams, strong stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of SAP processes and LATAM localization requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate core Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Drive day-to-day delivery activities, ensuring consistent follow-up on action items, dependencies, risks, blockers, and team commitments.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and impediments, engage the appropriate stakeholders, and drive issues through resolution.
• Manage and maintain the team backlog, sprint tracking, delivery KPIs, dashboards, and demand roadmap using JIRA and Excel.
• Foster a servant leadership culture focused on coaching, collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Manage team capacity, priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams, including SAP Functional Analysts, ABAP Developers, Architects, Basis, Security, and Integration resources.
• Support delivery across geographically distributed teams and effectively coordinate activities involving LATAM and global stakeholders.
• Partner closely with technical teams, functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to maintain alignment and ensure successful delivery.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and competing demands in a dynamic delivery environment.

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices and hands-on experience leading Agile delivery teams.
• Proven experience leading SAP ECC delivery teams in complex business environments.
• Working knowledge of SAP SD, MM, FI, and related integration processes, with a strong emphasis on Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• High-level understanding of LATAM localization requirements, including tax, regulatory, and electronic invoicing processes.
• Strong experience with backlog management, sprint tracking, KPI/dashboard reporting, and demand roadmap management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess issues, engage the right stakeholders, and drive resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical, functional, business, and leadership audiences.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and global stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and competing demands.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Spanish is a plus.
