Tata Consultancy Services in Brazil is seeking a Senior SAP AP / VIM Engineer to lead global AP, VIM, and P2P/STP within an SAP S/4HANA environment. You will govern digital capabilities supporting AP, OpenText VIM, and integrations across procurement platforms, global banking networks, OCR/invoice capture solutions, tax and compliance systems, and government e-Invoicing platforms.

You will collaborate with Finance Operations, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Digital Integration, and Compliance teams

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FI-AP and P2P processes.
• Strong expertise in OpenText VIM, including workflow management, exception handling, document processing, and AP operational support.
• Strong expertise in SAP AP configuration, including: Automatic payment program, Payment methods, Withholding tax, Tolerance limits.
• Experience with bank and payment integrations, including ISO 20022 and SWIFT-based connectivity.
• Experience supporting OCR or intelligent invoice capture solutions and AP automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of STP and RTR processes, reconciliations, internal controls, and month-end close requirements.
• Proven experience implementing global government e-Invoicing projects.
• Availability during standard business hours. Located in Brazil and available to work Brazil business hours.
• Advanced English proficiency (English-only environment).

We are seeking a Senior SAP AP / VIM Engineer to lead and support our global Accounts Payable (AP), Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P/STP) digital landscape.

This role is responsible for ensuring that Accounts Payable processes, including vendor invoice intake, validation, approval, posting, payment execution, OpenText VIM workflows, bank payment integration, and government e-Invoicing compliance, are effectively designed, implemented, and optimized within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

The successful candidate will govern digital capabilities supporting AP, OpenText VIM, and integrations across procurement platforms, global banking networks, OCR/invoice capture solutions, tax and compliance systems, and government e-Invoicing platforms. You will work closely with Finance Operations, Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Digital Integration, and Compliance teams to drive process accuracy, automation, controls, and global standardization.

This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative SAP AP expert to influence and shape a global Straight-Through Processing (STP) automation strategy while ensuring strong alignment with Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, financial controls, and close requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FI-AP and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Strong expertise in OpenText VIM, including workflow management, exception handling, document processing, and AP operational support.
• Strong expertise in SAP AP configuration, including:

• Experience with bank and payment integrations, including ISO 20022 and SWIFT-based connectivity.
• Experience supporting OCR or intelligent invoice capture solutions and AP automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of STP and RTR processes, reconciliations, internal controls, and month-end close requirements.
• Proven experience implementing global government e-Invoicing projects.
• Availability during standard business hours. No on-call or weekend support required.
• Must be located in Brazil and available to work Brazil business hours (or up to one hour earlier). Availability approximately three hours ahead of Eastern Time is preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency (English-only environment).

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or OpenText VIM certification.
• Extensive experience leading global AP-focused e-Invoicing implementations and support activities.
• Experience integrating SAP with procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or similar supplier invoicing ecosystems.
