Maitsys is seeking an SAP Project Manager with scrum master experience to lead cross-functional value streams in a Brazil-based role. The candidate will collaborate with value-stream leads on status reporting, plan creation in ADO, and monitoring plan execution.

Responsibilities include dependency management, RAID administration, proactive risk/issue mitigation, and owning the escalation process. Nice to have: experience on M&A integration, covering Finance and HRIS domains.

Qualificações

• Experience as SAP Project Manager or SAP PM with strong project leadership.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional value streams and deliverable alignment.
• Familiarity with agile ceremonies and governance for SAP programs.

Responsabilidades

• Status reporting across value streams.
• Create and maintain plans in ADO, run ceremonies, monitor execution.
• Assist with dependency management and RAID administration.
• Proactively identify risks and issues; drive mitigation to resolution.
• Own the escalation process for project blockers and critical path items.

Nice to Have: Experience on M&A integration

The functional areas to cover are: Finance, Source to Pay, Transportation, Manufacturing, Planning, R&D/Qual/Safety/Innovation, Master Data , SAP Security / Basis / Infosec, HRIS / Legal / Payroll / Facilities , Control & Compliance / CSV / GxP,

Data Migration / MDG and Intercompany. Will be taken into consideration to drive the selection the experience on those areas.
