Jobtailor is seeking an SAP Consultant to drive the S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation across multiple project phases, from requirements gathering to go-live. You will support migration from SAP B1, analyze data and integrations, and provide ongoing functional support during the transition and post-implementation.

You will lead workshops with business areas, map processes, and identify gaps, delivering SAP-aligned solutions and coordinating with IT and implementation partners to meet deadlines.

Qualificações

• Proven SAP Consultant with S/4HANA experience.
• Hands-on implementation or migration to S/4HANA.
• Active SAP certifications in S/4HANA or relevant modules.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation across all project phases.

• Provide functional and ongoing support to SAP environments during transition and post go-live.
• Lead requirements gathering and process-mapping workshops with business areas, proposing SAP-aligned solutions.
• Identify process gaps and define configurations and customizations for S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Interface between business areas, IT, and implementation partners to ensure alignment and deadlines.
• Support integrations between ERP and other systems (WMS, CRM, external platforms) and data import processes.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, specs, and decision logs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, taking part in all project phases from requirements gathering and solution design through go-live and stabilization.
• Support the migration from SAP Business One (SAP B1) to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, conducting analyses of processes, data, and integrations.
• Provide functional and ongoing support to SAP Business One environments during the transition and, subsequently, to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring continuity of operations and continuous process improvement.
• Lead requirements‑gathering and process‑mapping workshops with business areas, proposing solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
• Identify process gaps and define configurations, process adaptations, and customizations compatible with the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud model.
• Act as the interface between business areas, the internal IT team, and implementation partners, ensuring technical and functional alignment and adherence to project deadlines.
• Support requests related to integrations between the ERP and other corporate systems such as WMS, CRM, and external platforms, as well as data import processes.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, specifications, and decision logs, contributing to the governance and evolution of the SAP environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant, with relevant work in SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands‑on experience in implementation or migration projects to SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with Public Cloud deployments will be considered an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of business processes (e.g., finance, procurement, logistics, orders, billing), according to the project scope.
• Experience interacting with business areas and multidisciplinary teams.
• Active SAP certifications (S/4HANA and/or relevant modules).
