QAT Global, a 30-plus-year IT consulting firm based in the US, is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Implementation Specialist with the ability to communicate well in English. This position will work directly with the US customer and with development teams in our US, Costa Rica, and Brazil locations.

This opportunity is 100% remote.

Only hiring as Brazil QAT Employees (CLT only in Brazil).

Required Experience

• Salesforce experience, including configurations, customization, and training (certifications like Salesforce Administrator preferred)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and ecosystem
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Good experience as a solution consultant, data analyst, software project manager, or leading enterprise software implementations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Beginner to intermediate Excel knowledge
• Industry experience in B2B software
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
• Background in providing solutions for academic institutions, research hospitals, or industrial R&D is preferred

Preferred Academic Background

• BS/MS in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
