SourceHub, the SSC for the ScanSource Group, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join its global team. You will administer, optimize, and govern the Salesforce platform across multiple clouds while driving integration and automation to support business objectives.

Work closely with stakeholders in the United States and other regions; design advanced Salesforce Flows, manage security, and deliver reports and dashboards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Fluent English for meetings with US leadership.
• Strong experience configuring, administering, and governing Salesforce.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, and API integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform across multiple clouds.
• Design, implement, and maintain advanced Salesforce Flows and automation solutions.
• Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and platform security.
• Support and maintain API-based integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party apps within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Support platform upgrades, continuous improvements, and technology enhancement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with strategic business objectives.

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our global team and support the continuous evolution of our Salesforce platform. This professional will play a key role in the administration, optimization, governance, and integration of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering an efficient user experience across multiple areas of the organization. The position requires close collaboration with stakeholders in the United States and other global teams, making fluent English essential for meetings, daily communication, and reporting activities.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English, with the ability to actively participate in meetings and communicate effectively with U.S.-based leadership.
• Strong experience with Salesforce platform configuration, administration, and governance.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform security and access management.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
