A SourceHub busca analista de Inside Sales para apoiar pedidos e clientes no mercado Norte-Americano, garantindo precisão, eficiência e excelência no atendimento.

Exige-se diploma em Administração/Comércio Internacional, inglês avançado, pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em atendimento, gestão de pedidos ou operações comerciais, além de proficiência em Office e Salesforce; regime CLT, 3 dias onsite/2 remoto, reside em Curitiba.

• Bacharelado em Administração, Comércio Internacional ou área relacionada.

Responsabilidades

• Gerenciar o processo de entrada de pedidos do início ao fim.
• Criar, atualizar e manter cotações de clientes nos sistemas internos.
• Atuar como ponto de contato principal para clientes internacionais, principalmente por e-mail.
• Comunicar status de pedidos, informações de rastreamento e prazos de entrega (ETA).
• Identificar e resolver discrepâncias de pedidos para manter experiência positiva.
• Colaborar com equipes internas para resolver questões operacionais.
• Realizar consultas ao sistema e geração de relatórios para monitorar pedidos e entregas (ex.: SAP).
• Documentar processos e manter registros atualizados.
• Atuar em ambiente de alto volume com organização e atenção aos detalhes.

As SourceHub, we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance, and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Analyst to manage and provide operational support for orders and customers in the North American market, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellence in customer service. This professional will be responsible for managing the order and quotation process, supporting international customers and partners, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of a high‑quality service experience.

• Manage the end-to-end order entry process, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of information.
• Create, update, and maintain customer quotations within internal systems.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for international customers, primarily through email communication.
• Communicate order status, tracking information, and estimated delivery dates (ETA).
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Prioritize and eskalle? requests as needed to meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Perform system inquiries and reporting to monitor orders and deliveries (e.g., SAP).
• Ensure proper process documentation and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Sales Management, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (particularly written communication, with good verbal communication skills).
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or commercial operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with global teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Required: Outlook and Teams. Preferred: Excel and Word.
• Experience with Salesforce or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
