Jobgether in Brazil is seeking a Senior Salesforce + IA Developer for a partner company to lead complex Salesforce implementations at the intersection of CRM and AI, driving platform evolution and data migrations.

You will act as a technical reference, guiding multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment, applying AI technologies like Agentforce and Einstein AI, and integrating external AI services while championing best practices in CI/CD and DevOps.

Qualificações

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Salesforce + IA Developer based in Brazil. This is a senior technical opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional working at the intersection of CRM, artificial intelligence, and business transformation. You will lead complex Salesforce implementations, custom development, integrations, data migrations, and platform evolution. The role combines deep expertise in Salesforce with hands-on experience applying AI technologies to real business use cases. You will act as a technical reference, helping multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders make effective architectural and delivery decisions. The environment is agile, collaborative, and highly focused on innovation, automation, and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to work with technologies such as Agentforce, Einstein AI, LLMs, and external AI APIs. This role is designed for someone who can combine strong engineering capabilities with a consultative, business-oriented mindset.

Accountabilities

• Lead Salesforce implementations involving standard configuration, custom development, data migration, and platform evolution.
• Provide ongoing Salesforce support, troubleshoot incidents, and drive continuous improvements to the platform.
• Manage version control and deployment processes while promoting CI/CD, DevOps, and software engineering best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, acting as a senior technical reference for the team.
• Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and implement AI-powered solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Einstein GPT, Prompt Builder, and integrations with external AI platforms.
• Design and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Contribute to requirements gathering, business analysis, process mapping, risk identification, and solution design.
• Promote agile ways of working, technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across projects.
• Support strategic technical decisions and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.

Requirements

• Solid senior-level experience as a Salesforce Developer, including work on complex implementations and enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Experience with declarative Salesforce development and configuration.
• Proven experience building and maintaining REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, deployment practices, MVC architecture, and Git-based version control.
• Experience working in agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams.Strong requirements-gathering, business analysis, process-mapping, and risk-assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Practical experience with AI capabilities within Salesforce, such as Agentforce, Einstein AI, Einstein GPT, or Prompt Builder, or experience integrating external AI services such as OpenAI or Claude through APIs.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model twice per week in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo, where applicable according to the role's location policy.
• Experience creating and configuring autonomous agents with Agentforce is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of AI workflow orchestration, intelligent automation, agentic AI concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Salesforce Developer II or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is an advantage.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder and Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications are also valued.
• Experience with Media Cloud or other Salesforce solutions is a plus.
