We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a growing technology team and take responsibility for the day-to-day administration, support and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with users and stakeholders, improving business processes and ensuring Salesforce is configured effectively to support the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including users, profiles, permission sets and security settings
- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types and validation rules
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and other platform automations
- Create reports, dashboards and management information
- Support users with day-to-day Salesforce issues and queries
- Troubleshoot system and data issues and coordinate resolutions
- Manage data quality, imports, exports and ongoing data maintenance
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve existing business processes
- Support Salesforce releases, testing and deployment activities
- Maintain platform documentation and ensure appropriate governance
- Work alongside developers, technical teams and third-party partners where required
Experience Required
- Commercial experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and administration
- Hands-on experience with Flow Builder and process automation
- Experience managing users, permissions, profiles and platform security
- Strong knowledge of reports and dashboards
- Good understanding of Salesforce data management
- Experience gathering requirements directly from business users
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective user support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Experience working with integrations and APIs
- Exposure to Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce products
- Understanding of Salesforce development concepts such as Apex and LWC
- Experience working within Agile environments
