We are looking to hire for our team! The Senior Sales Operations Manager – LATAM, will work closely with the Sr. Director, LATAM Digital Media Sales and should accelerate the best sales business practices, find market opportunities to drive corporate strategies and sales success across the organization.
The ideal person will have experience in successfully completing and optimizing sales processes and programs, across direct and indirect sales teams. Drive the health of the business through day-to-day management of operational activities, performance monitoring, pipeline reviews, process, incentives, analytics and insights.You will be managing a team of 2 Sales Operations Analysts, as part of the Global Channel Strategy & Operations team. We’re looking for someone who is highly effective and efficient and excels at toggling between critical thinking and detailed execution. Based in Brazil, you will report into the Director of Channel Sales Operations. We realize that new insights can come from anywhere, and we know the next big idea could be yours!
