You will collaborate with Client Engagement to ensure accurate lead handling and timely updates across records, with emphasis on data quality and process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming leads, qualify them based on defined criteria, and assign them to the appropriate Client Engagement rep per standard routing rules.
• Introduce Client Engagement reps to leads when needed.
• Ensure teams follow lead upload and assignment procedures and clarify the process when outside guidelines.
• Support the Client Engagement team with records enrichment, bulk uploads, and data cleansing.
• Review automated reports for system issues and resolve the underlying problems.

What You'll Do:
