Job Summary: Provide sales process support to client teams, leadership, other internal operations teams, and interfacing functional areas. Assist Accenture Practitioners in navigating the company's internal sales processes. Support SalesEx Leadership and Business Partners in driving efforts across multiple SalesEx service areas.

Critical services include opportunity pipeline management, new business meeting coordination, sales reporting/analysis for leadership, and support for internal sales processes/tools for client teams.

This position reports to Sales Excellence Sales Operations Leadership, Senior Managers, Managers, Associate Managers, Specialists, or Senior Analysts. Responsibilities may also include alignment with and direction from business leadership roles.

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Work with close supervision.
2. Interact confidently with senior leadership within the responsibility sphere and under supervision.
3. Provide feedback on operational processes.
4. Be familiar with supporting tools and processes.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

1. Strong oral and written communication skills in English; confident communicator and team player with interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
2. Intermediate proficiency in Portuguese may be required for some roles.
3. Ability to work virtually with diverse individuals.
4. Good organizational, time management, and data management skills.
5. Ability to follow and apply processes.
6. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Must have:

1. Completed or in-progress undergraduate degree.
2. Fluency in English (oral and written).
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience with a proven track record in team management.

Other requirements:

1. Support/mirror work hours for the supported Market Unit or business area.
2. Flexibility with work hours according to business needs, including interaction with teams in different time zones and peak activity periods.
3. Good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for remote work, following local guidelines.

We have offices in CABA, Córdoba, Mar del Plata, and Rosario. Positions are remote, allowing work from home in other provinces.
