Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of sales reports, CRM updates, presentations, and performance analyses.
• Organize and update customer, sales, and commercial information in internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other commercial materials.
• Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Power BI dashboards.
• Assist with sales forecasts, pipeline management, and follow-up activities.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, organize information, analyze data, and support the creation of business materials.
• Collaborate with different teams to collect and consolidate information.
• Perform other administrative and analytical activities as required by the Sales team.

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Support Intern to join our team and provide administrative and operational support to the Sales organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is interested in developing skills in sales operations, data analysis, reporting, and business processes while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of sales reports, CRM updates , presentations, and performance analyses.
• Organize and update customer, sales, and commercial information in internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other commercial materials.
• Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Power BI dashboards.
• Assist with sales forecasts, pipeline management, and follow‑up activities.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, organize information, analyze data, and support the creation of business materials.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Excel functions, formulas, tables, filters, and data organization.
• Interest in learning and applying AI tools to improve productivity and business processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Intermediate or advanced English is required
