Your Responsibilities
- Be accountable for financial objectives, including sales targets, profitability, and contribution margins for MLFF-related projects and accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on Multilane Free Flow (MLFF) tolling solutions in the Brazilian market, aligned with company goals and local market conditions.
- Identify and pursue new MLFF business opportunities with public and private sector clients, ensuring alignment with emerging mobility trends, regulations, and customer needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, concessionaires, and industry partners.
- Lead the preparation and submission of commercial proposals, ensuring high-quality, competitive bids for public tenders, RFPs, and strategic accounts.
- Represent Kapsch at industry forums, events, and client meetings to promote MLFF capabilities, enhance market presence, and support thought leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical feasibility, commercial viability, and smooth post-sale project handovers.
Your Profile
- 7+ years of experience in B2B and B2G sales, with exposure to public and private sector clients. Preferred industries include tolling, smart mobility, ITS, infrastructure tech, or related sectors (e.g., telecom, public safety, urban mobility).
- Proven success in selling complex technical solutions involving hardware and software components.
- Experience managing commercial operations with annual revenues between €50–100 million, including large tenders and long sales cycles.
- Strong knowledge of public sector procurement, including Brazilian government bidding processes and concession models.
- Understanding of MLFF tolling systems or similar technologies is desirable; willingness to learn and adapt quickly to the Brazilian MLFF context is essential.
- Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with government and private sector partners.
- Willingness to travel across Brazil as needed.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese (native), English (advanced), and Spanish (upper-intermediate, desirable).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
