What You'll Do

1. Guide customers through their moving journey
2. Provide quotes and consult with clarity and care
3. Coordinate schedules, answer questions, and ensure smooth execution
4. Follow up post-move and ensure satisfaction
5. Work cross-functionally to improve processes and customer experience

What You Bring

1. Excellent communication (spoken + written)
2. Detail-oriented and tech-comfortable (CRM, Google Workspace)
3. Previous experience in sales or customer support
4. Fluent English (C1 or above)
5. U.S. work authorization required
