Sales Associates play a key role in enterprise sales cycles, working alongside veteran Pega Account Executives in a hybrid role that emphasizes personalized training and development. Your efforts will help Pega’s field sales team expand across Fortune 500 and Global 3000 organizations within an assigned account portfolio.

What You'll Do at Pega:
  • Partner with Field Sales Managers and Account Executives to boost client engagement and achieve goals across LATAM
  • Learn to activate sales levers and execute activities that drive full-cycle enterprise sales
  • Penetrate new organizations within your target list across various verticals
  • Conduct strategic research aligning C-level agendas with Pega’s value propositions
  • Collaborate with Pega’s Alliance Partner network on co-sell and delivery efforts
  • Enhance your public speaking and presentation skills through real client interactions
  • Expand your network by engaging across all levels within Pega

What You've Accomplished:
  • 2-4+ years in business development and full-cycle sales within SaaS, with proven quota attainment
  • Consistent top performance in sales metrics and pipeline generation
  • A documented history of thriving in team environments
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required
  • Ability to work as a hybrid employee in São Paulo as needed
