Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate on our Acquisitions Team, you’ll be responsible for guiding qualified home sellers through every step of the acquisition process. From conducting detailed discovery calls to creating compelling purchase proposals and ensuring deals close, you’ll play a central role in driving our business forward.
Success in this role requires strong sales acumen, a consultative approach, and the ability to confidently present sellers with their options. You’ll enjoy a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, directly contributing to both your earnings and the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
● Seller Engagement & Sales Process
- Conduct in-depth calls to uncover sellers’ motivations, timelines, andpricing expectations.
- Present homeowners with clear options and persuasive purchase proposals.
- Negotiate offers and manage objections to maximize closed deals.
- Keep sellers engaged with consistent follow-up, guiding them toward a successful close.
● Pipeline & CRM Management
- Document all interactions and track deal progress in Podio (CRM).
- Manage leads efficiently, updating pipeline stages and maintainingaccurate records.
- Prioritize follow-ups based on urgency and probability of closing.
● Collaboration & Ongoing Improvement
- Work alongside the Acquisitions Team to refine and improve salesstrategies.
- Participate in team meetings, role-plays, and continuous trainingopportunities.
- Stay informed about market developments and company offerings toenhance sales results.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2 years in sales with a proven track record of closing deals.
● Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce or others).
● Familiarity with power dialers and handling high-volume sales calls.
● Excellent phone-based communication and negotiation skills.
● Strong organizational and follow-up abilities to manage a dynamic sales pipeline.
● Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
● Access to a personal computer (we provide necessary software/subscriptions).
● Fluent in English, both spoken and written (C2 proficiency on the CEFR scale).
● A dedicated, quiet home workspace with stable internet (50 Mbps or faster).
Salary: $2500 base salary + commissions

Working hours and time-zone:
Monday: 10am-7:30pm EST
Tuesday: 9:30am-7:30pm EST
Wednesday: 9:30am-7:30pm EST
Thursday: 9:30am-7:30pm EST
Friday: 9:30am-6:30pm EST
IMPORTANT: This position may require overtime
Worst Case Scenario: Every 3rd Weekend working Saturday 10am-2pm and being on callfor the remainder of the weekend, fielding calls + having process/offer calls if the lead isqualified.
We also want you to understand that even if they are not working that weekend on schedule, if they have a lead they need to make an offer to, or is very hot, they need to befollowed up on through the weekend as well (We can talk about this in interviews).
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
Though set working hours are established, high-value calls often come inoutside regular hours. Individuals who proactively take after-hours calls cansignificantly boost their income, as many deals close during these periods.
Commissions typically begin 1–2 months into employment due to an average45–60-day sales cycle. Plan finances accordingly—initial earnings will largelycome from the base salary until your pipeline matures.
