About the Role

This role involves executing and supporting the quote to order process, including driving cross-functional activities focused on transactional and tools support for all customer sizes, with full engagement with account associate teams.

Key Accountabilities

1. Customer Engagement and Support:
   • Engage with customers remotely for quote to order activities.
   • Provide regular updates on request statuses to ensure transparency.
   • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer activities.
2. Quote to Order:
   • Serve as the focal point for quotation and order requests, ensuring KPI adherence.
   • Manage the quote to order cycle using guidelines and instructions.
   • Input quotes into tools and follow up throughout the process.
   • Participate in process improvement projects and UAT testing.
   • Define billing procedures with account teams and customers to align order processing with expectations.
3. Job Dimensions:
   • Understand quoting, ordering, and billing for managed and integration services.
   • Manage quote-to-order activities for assigned accounts.
   • Support achievement of performance indicators and digital adoption.

About You

Knowledge and Abilities: Engage with clients, understand their needs, work in stressful environments, and use office tools effectively, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Basic financial skills are desirable.

Education & Qualifications: Degree in business or related field, fluency in English and Portuguese, knowledge of ITIL.

Experience: 1-2 years in sales or operations support in a tech or customer service environment.

Skills & Certifications: Customer communication, project execution, multitasking, proactive behavior, experience with quote to order processes.

Behavioral Skills: Adaptability, planning, results orientation, communication, influence, initiative, customer focus, teamwork, relationship building, analytical thinking. Proficiency levels are specified for each.
