Chuan Lim Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety Coordinator to oversee safety on construction sites in Brazil, Region North. The role involves ensuring compliance with WSH regulations, conducting site inspections, and coordinating safety equipment and briefings.

The candidate will investigate incidents, prepare risk assessments, and report to management, with a 6-day work week and a full-time position. A Level B/C WSH certificate is required along with at least 3 years of experience.

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as Safety Coordinator.
• Own transport will be an added advantage.
• 6 days work week.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety provisions on sites are maintained as per WSH Act & regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up actions to ensure safety compliance and necessary recordings.
• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents and take action to prevent re-occurrence.
• Prepare Risk Assessments / Safe Work Procedures.
• Assist in planning and preparation of safety equipment for site use.
• Periodically conduct safety briefings.
• Report incidents and accidents to management.
• Maintain project accident statistics.
• Perform other supervision and routine tasks as assigned by corporate management.

Job Description:

• Ensure safety provision on sites are maintained on site as per WSH Act & regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up actions to ensure safety compliance and necessary recordings
• Investigate and report on any accidents or incidents that occurs and take action to prevent re-occurrence
• Prepare Risk Assessment/ Safe work procedure
• Assist in planning and preparation of safety equipment to be available for site usage
• Periodic conducting of safety briefing
• Report incidents and accidents to management
• Maintain project accident statistics
• To perform other supervision and routine job assigned by corporate management team
• Experience in ISO
• Any related duty as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess WSH Level B or C certificate
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience carried out by a Safety Coordinator
• Possess own transport will be an added advantage
• 6 days work week
