  • Create a simple and efficient purchasing request workflow using AI, no\\-code or low\\-code tools, or an appropriate procurement platform.
  • Lead negotiations for strategic supplier agreements, using pricing, payment terms, contract volume, renewal conditions, and other commercial levers to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in indirect procurement, vendor management, or a related function, preferably within technology companies or startups.
  • Previous experience building, contributing to, or restructuring procurement or supplier management processes, with the ability to design policies that adapt to business needs rather than simply follow predefined procedures.
  • An enabling and consultative mindset, using procurement policies as practical tools while balancing governance, flexibility, and business priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to earn trust across different functions and seniority levels, from Engineering and Customer Support to executive leadership.

  • Proven negotiation skills across diverse categories, including technology, marketing, and data services.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contract clauses, such as price adjustments, overage fees, automatic renewals, and payment terms.
  • A proactive, execution‑oriented approach, with the confidence to operate in an environment where processes, systems, and policies are still being established.
  • High autonomy, adaptability, and ownership, with the ability to build processes and deliver results simultaneously.
  • Active use of AI tools and no\\-code or low\\-code solutions to improve workflows and productivity.
  • English proficiency sufficient to negotiate and communicate effectively with international suppliers.
