Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a meticulous Content & Instructional Quality Reviewer to enhance the quality of training materials. The role involves proofreading in Portuguese and English, ensuring alignment with style guides and quality standards.

You will review diverse formats—from PPTs to e-learning modules—perform end-to-end testing, and collaborate with instructional designers and graphic designers to deliver top-quality content on schedule.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and UX principles.
• Experience reviewing bilingual training materials.

Aufgaben

• Perform proofreading and grammar review in Portuguese and English for training materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Review content across formats (PPTs, videos, Job Aids, QRGs, e-learning, assessments, quizzes).
• Validate formatting, usability, visual identity, and consistency per guidelines.
• Cross-check materials against templates and style guides for compliance.
• Verify information consistency across materials in the same learning path or curriculum.
• Conduct end-to-end functional testing of e-learning courses for proper functionality and multimedia availability.
• Document non-conformities and provide feedback to production teams.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support development of review checklists, quality standards, and QC processes.
• Ensure training materials are delivered on time and per quality standards.

We are looking for Revisor de Conteúdo e Qualidade Instrucional, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities):

• Perform proofreading and grammar review in both Portuguese and English for training materials developed by Instructional Designers and Graphic Designers, ensuring compliance with established quality standards;
• Review content delivered in various formats, including PowerPoint presentations (PPTs), videos, Job Aids, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), e-learning courses, assessments, and quizzes;
• Validate formatting, usability, visual identity, and methodological consistency in accordance with project-specific guidelines and standards;
• Cross-check produced materials against templates, style guides, standards, guidelines, and other reference documents to ensure full compliance;
• Verify information consistency across materials belonging to the same learning path, curriculum, or business process;
• Conduct end-to-end functional testing of e-learning courses to ensure proper functionality, navigation, interactivity, assessment performance, and availability of multimedia resources;
• Document non-conformities in a structured manner according to project-specific quality processes, identifying improvement opportunities and providing feedback to production teams;
• Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of deliverables;
• Support the development and maintenance of review checklists, quality standards, and quality control processes;
• Ensure all training materials are delivered on time and in accordance with established quality standards.

Mandatory Skills:

• Advanced English;

• Proven experience in quality assurance and review of training materials, corporate communications, or content development projects;
• Excellent command of Portuguese and English, including grammar, spelling, writing, and editing skills;
• Familiarity with corporate learning materials, including PPTs, videos, Job Aids, QRGs, and e-learning courses;
• Experience working with quality standards, review processes, and validation checklists;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and/or Organizational Change Management (OCM) projects;
• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and user experience (UX) principles;
• Experience reviewing bilingual training materials in English and Portuguese.
