Life Ideas Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-centric associate to engage shoppers at a smart watch store. You will support sales, answer questions, and help enhance the customer experience in a lively retail environment.

Responsibilities include communicating effectively to understand customer needs, promoting products, assisting with events, and handling POS with basic Excel knowledge. 14 days annual leaves, AWS, and medical benefits are offered.

• Proven ability to engage with customers and understand needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with operating a POS and basic computer tasks.
