Currently, Teltonika do Brasil is looking for aSales Development Representative (SDR) with a proactive, analytical, and results-driven profile to join our São Paulo office. This position belongs to the Networks team, focusing on active prospecting and B2B business development in the Brazilian market.
The ideal candidate is a well-organized, communicative person, strongly motivated to generate new business through direct outreach to potential clients. If you enjoy challenges and want to grow with us, keep on reading!
Identify and map companies according to the ideal customer profile (ICP);
Actively prospect new leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels;
Make first contact with decision-makers and present Teltonika’s solutions;
Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule meetings with Sales Consultants;
Keep the CRM system up to date with lead information, interaction records, and qualification statuses;
Monitor your own performance KPIs and propose improvements for prospecting processes.
Fluent in Portuguese (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language and good English skills (minimum B1 level);
Experience in outbound sales or active prospecting (as SDR, pre-sales, business development, etc.);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with different client profiles;
Resilient, organized, and results-oriented personality;
Ability to learn about technical products and explain solutions clearly.
Previous experience in connectivity solutions (modems, routers, gateways, etc.);
B2B sales experience in technology or telecom sectors.
Payroll: Competitive salary according to your profile + commission per qualified opportunity.
Workweek: Monday to Friday.
Training: Complete onboarding program focused on sales processes and Teltonika’s product portfolio.
Work type: 4 days in person and one remote day per week
Career: Career growth opportunities within the commercial team, with the possibility of becoming a Sales Consultant or Team Lead in the future.
Holiday: 30 days of vacation per year with flexible dates + option to take a day off on your birthday (after 1 year in the company).
