Solara is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager – LATAM to lead business development initiatives across key Latin American markets. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, expanding our customer base, and promoting both existing and new products within the pharmaceutical sector. This role requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics, strong relationship-building skills, and a strategic approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, engage, and manage key customers across LATAM. Close new business opportunities and ensure repeat orders to meet annual sales and gross margin targets.
  • Expand Market Presence: Promote Solara’s commercial and new product portfolio through technical presentations, tailored proposals, and strategic negotiations. Focus on both private and institutional segments.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, providing consistent support, and delivering value-added solutions. Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with Regulatory, Logistics, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to align customer requirements with operational capabilities and ensure timely project execution.
  • Gather Market Intelligence: Monitor and report trends in therapeutic areas, customer behavior, pricing, and competition. Provide insights that inform go-to-market strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Pharmacy or Chemistry
  • Experience: 7–10 years of front-line sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within LATAM markets
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Spanish (mandatory); Portuguese and English are strong assets
  • Deep understanding of LATAM pharmaceutical regulations and market structure
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and team player
