Responsabilidades

• Apoiar os processos de recrutamento e seleção para posições Offshore e Onshore.
• Conduzir avaliações de candidatos em inglês e entrevistas curtas.
• Gerenciar dados no sistema de gestão de pessoal.

This job opportunity is for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant. We are looking for professionals who are qualified, committed to joining our Brazil team, and who want to grow and collaborate with us and with our teams from around the world.

- Support the recruitment and selection processes for Offshore and Onshore positions

- Receive and analyze admission documents for new employees

- Schedule admission medical exams

- Conduct English evaluation on candidates

- Conduct short interviews in English with candidates

- Manage data and movements in the personnel management system

- Be the point of contact to our HR service providers

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in progress or completed

- Advanced English

- Intermediate Excel

- Previous experience with HR - in talent acquisition and hiring processes

Will make you stand out:

- Knowledge of ATS platforms - especially LinkedIn Recruiter

- Knowledge of Power BI

- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry
