BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition and drive hiring goals globally. You will oversee a team of leaders, shape and implement forward-thinking strategies for the hiring process, and collaborate with other area managers to keep processes current and effective.

In this role, you will monitor KPIs, analyze data, and refine recruitment processes while focusing on employee well-being and an excellent candidate experience.

Formación

• Experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (desirable).
• Hands-on management style with a proactive approach.
• Advanced level of English.

Recruiting Manager at BairesDev

As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition to help achieve BairesDev's hiring goals. This role places you at the forefront of managing and guiding a team of leaders, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies for the hiring process. You’ll work closely with other area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes updated and aligned with business needs. With oversight of a team of over 50, your responsibilities will include tracking KPIs and metrics, analyzing data, and refining recruitment processes for optimal results.
