The responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions, handling calls, resolving guest issues, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with other departments, processing payments, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and inviting.

Requirements:

• Complete or ongoing higher education.
• Advanced English skills.
• Experience in a similar role or area.

Additional Information:

• Work hours: 7 PM to 7 AM, 12x36 shift.
• Contract type: CLT.
