HRString is recruiting for Care Support Workers to join our domiciliary care team in the UK. You will support service users with daily living tasks, monitor health indicators under supervision, and help maintain dignity and confidentiality in all interactions.

Training will be provided, and previous care experience is welcome. Applicants must reside in the UK with valid right to work to join our compassionate, evidence-based care delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.
