We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist with experience in specialty coffee. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of quality from green bean evaluation to the final cup. Your role is key in maintaining consistency, flavor integrity, and hygiene throughout the entire coffee process.

1. Evaluate the quality of green coffee beans and identify possible defects.
2. Conduct regular cupping sessions to assess flavor profiles and overall quality.
3. Monitor roasting processes to ensure alignment with desired roast profiles.
4. Oversee the quality of the coffee used in preparation, including bean type, roast level, grind consistency, and key ingredients like water and milk.
5. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of brewing equipment in line with safety standards.
6. Prepare quality control reports and provide improvement recommendations.
7. Collaborate with roasters, baristas, and procurement teams to maintain consistent product quality.
8. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Quality, Business Administration, or similar).
9. 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG or retail industry.
10. Experience in green coffee evaluation and defect analysis.
11. Strong cupping skills and sensory evaluation abilities.
12. Solid understanding of roasting stages and quality impact.
13. Knowledge of coffee types, preparation methods, and flavor development.
14. Professional certifications such as Q Grader are a plus.
15. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
16. High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
17. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
