Are you interested in working on Quality Assurance? Do you have a keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence?

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Engineering team, and rediscover new ways to add value to our product. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, proactive individual willing to learn and grow with us! And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!

A typical workday might include:

1. Developing and executing detailed test plans and test cases for both new features and regression testing;
2. Designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests for APIs, backend services, and web applications, using frameworks such as Cypress (or similar);
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (development, product management, customer support) to understand requirements and develop effective testing strategies;
4. Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies;
5. Providing timely and detailed feedback to the development team to ensure swift resolution of issues;
6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies;
7. Participating in the design and review of new features, providing input from a quality perspective;
8. Conducting performance and security testing to ensure our software meets industry standards.

Indispensable Requirements:

• Proficiency in Portuguese and intermediate English skills (reading, writing);
• Proven experience working in QA roles for 5 years or more;
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright), with a preference for Cypress;
• Solid experience in database testing, including writing and executing SQL queries;
• Knowledge of problem analysis and resolution methodologies.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with software quality assurance and testing of web applications and HTTP APIs, including automated testing tools and frameworks;
• Prior experience working with non-relational databases (e.g., Elasticsearch);
• Previous experience as a QA in systems based on microservices architecture, including tools like RabbitMQ;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
