Position: QA Manager

Job Type: Full-Time Contract

Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining QA processes and test strategies (manual + automated).
• Leading a small but mighty QA team, mentoring and scaling processes as we grow.
• Conducting functional, regression, and performance testing across platforms.
• Collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure product specs are testable and well-defined.
• Championing bug triage, test coverage metrics, and quality gate definitions.
• Owning release cycles — nothing goes out without your seal of approval.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead/managerial role.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or equivalent).
• Solid experience testing mobile apps (i OS/Android) and APIs.
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams in agile environments.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong communicator — you catch bugs others miss.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, or AI is a huge plus!
