WhitePress is seeking a Publisher Relations Specialist in Brazil to grow its publisher network and ensure high-quality collaboration with portals across the region. The role focuses on onboarding, negotiations, and cross-department collaboration in a remote environment from São Paulo.

Requirements include 2+ years in partner management or related fields, fluency in English and Portuguese (C1), and strong CRM experience (HubSpot).

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in partner management, B2B sales, digital marketing, customer service, platform operations, or similar.
Languages: English and Portuguese at C1 level or higher (business level).
Strong knowledge of the publisher market and online marketing.
Knowledge of negotiation techniques and B2B communication standards.
Understanding of ordering, billing and partner collaboration processes.
Fluency in CRM e.g., HubSpot.
Good knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

Acquiring new publishers and developing collaboration with existing partners.
Managing the full publisher onboarding process, including presenting the platform and offers and supporting configuration.
Negotiating terms of collaboration, publications, client offers, and prices.
Coordinating publisher-related activities and resolving issues from collaboration terms.
Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and IT on platform development and process improvement.

WhitePress® is an international company specializing in content marketing and SEO, operating in more than 40 countries and 36 languages, with a network of thousands of marketers, copywriters, and over 120,000 websites. To strengthen our local publisher network, we are looking for an ambitious Publisher Relations Specialist with Portuguese. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our database of media partners and ensuring high-quality collaboration with portals and publishers across the region.

What will you be doing?

Acquiring new publishers and developing collaboration with existing partners.
Managing the full publisher onboarding process, including presenting the platform and/or off-platform offers and supporting offer configuration.
Negotiating terms of collaboration, publications, client offers, and, in panel activities, negotiating prices, discounts, and other cooperation terms.
Coordinating publisher-related activities and resolving issues arising from the terms of collaboration, the offer, or the partner's implementation.
Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and IT departments on platform development and process improvement.

What do you need to join us?

Minimum 2 years of experience in partner management, B2B sales, digital marketing, customer service, platform operations, or a similar field.
Languages: English and Portuguese at C1 level or higher (business level).
Strong knowledge of the publisher market, online marketing.
