Job summary

Ceva Animal Health is seeking a Project Specialist - PMO to join its team in Brazil. The role focuses on building and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering dashboards and status reports within Smartsheet and PPM tools.

The ideal candidate holds a veterinary or related degree, understands GMP standards, and has experience with regulatory registrations for veterinary products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine or related field.
• Knowledge in the industrial area, preferably veterinary pharmaceuticals main ruminants products.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• Familiarity with registration processes for veterinary products with regulatory agencies (e.g., MAPA).
• Project Management knowledges
• Intermediate/ Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Build, update and maintain project schedules.
• Update project data (planning, resources, budget) in Smartsheet / PPM tools.
• Coordinate meetings and project follow up with stakeholders.
• Prepare project level dashboards and status reports.
• Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Participate in continuous improvement of project management practices.
• Update project data periodically using the Smartsheet tool.
• Be committed to operational activities.
• Demonstrate leadership to engage teams and align towards a common objective.
• Guard the process by reviewing stages and proposing improvements and controls.
• Implement and maintain reporting tools to meet stakeholder needs and ensure portfolio success.

Yourprofile :

• Knowledge in the industrial area, preferably veterinary pharmaceuticals main ruminants products.


• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.


• Familiarity with registration processes for veterinary products (pharmaceuticals, biologicals, or feed additives) with regulatory agencies (e.g., MAPA).
