Ceva Santé Animale in Brazil is seeking a Senior System Administrator to join the global Operations & Infrastructure team. You will deploy and operate a heterogeneous server fleet across production sites, data centers and cloud, working with international teams.

You will drive automation, implement IaC, manage hypervisors, backups and security hardening, and contribute to the regional systems roadmap while mentoring colleagues.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, VMware, Veeam B&R and Active Directory.
• Hands-on with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes and Azure cloud.
• Familiarity with IaC, automation and DevOps culture.
• Excellent English communication; travel to US/Europe may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, operate and evolve physical and virtual servers across multiple sites and cloud.
• Drive automation and IaC, CI/CD, and overall infrastructure modernization.
• Manage hypervisors, monitoring, backups and performance at scale.
• Strengthen cybersecurity posture, patching and architecture hardening.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with global IT teams.

Vos missions :

Senior System Administrator — based in Paulínia/SP or Juatuba/MG

The System team is part of the Operation& Infrastructure Department. The mission of the System team is to enableCeva to provide the infrastructure to sustain and accelerate its business,anywhere in the world. This team is global and multicultural with team leaderlocated in Europe. We bring our expertise and excellence to provide the hostingcapabilities to deliver our production.

We're looking for a Senior System Administrator based in Brazil to help us build, secure and scale that infrastructure.

Why this role stands out

You won't be maintaining a static environment. You'll manage a heterogeneous, global server fleet spanning production sites, data centers and cloud, working daily with international teams (team lead based in Europe). The environment blends traditional on-prem with modern practices - containers, IaC, automation - in a company where IT is a strategic partner to the business, not a cost center.

What you'll do

Deploy, operate and evolve physical and virtual servers across multiple countries and sites. Drive automation and industrialization of infrastructure (IaC, CI/CD, GitHub Enterprise). Manage hypervisors, monitoring, backups and performance at scale. Contribute to cybersecurity resilience - patching, architecture hardening, SOC collaboration. Build and maintain the regional systems roadmap and budget (OpEx/CapEx). Support GxP-regulated environments (pharma/veterinary compliance). Mentor team members and act as the technical voice of the region toward global teams.

Votre profil :

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong experience with Windows Server (up to 2025), VMware, Veeam B&R, Active Directory (including tiering model).
• Hands‑on with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Docker, Kubernetes, Azure cloud. Familiarity with IaC, automation and DevOps culture. Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking and monitoring (SLOs/SLAs)
• Advanced English — you’ll work closely with teams in France, Hungary and the US.
• Experience working in global and matrixed organizations is preferred
• Availability for occasional travel to the US or Europe.
