We are seeking an experienced Project Manager | Data Migration Workstream Leadership Support to support a large-scale global transformation program. This role will partner closely with the Data Migration Workstream Lead to drive governance, planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management across multiple countries, deployment waves, and business domains.
The ideal candidate combines strong program governance and project coordination capabilities with hands-on data migration experience and the ability to work effectively across complex, cross-functional organizations.
Support the Data Migration Workstream Lead in managing delivery, governance, planning, and execution activities.
Coordinate activities across assigned countries, deployment waves, and business domains.
Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment and dependency management.
Manage risks, issues, decisions, and escalation processes.
Track milestones, deliverables, and overall workstream progress.
Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and leadership communications.
Support collaboration across multiple transformation workstreams to ensure successful program delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Business , Information Technology, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience supporting data migration initiatives within large-scale ERP, CRM, or transformation programs.
Hands-on Salesforce experience, including data migration, data quality, validation, reporting, and transformation activities.
Strong project/program governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination experience.
Experience working in complex, global, cross-functional environments.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including executive-level presentations and stakeholder engagement .
