A day in the life of...

As a Project Coordinator, you will be a key player in the successful delivery of projects. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for planning and organizing demands, working directly with different teams. Your leadership and ability to engage the team will be essential to ensure that the planned deliveries are carried out. Interaction with diverse teams and cultures will be a constant, providing daily learning and strengthening connections at different levels.

Required knowledge:

1. Knowledge of project management methodology and proven experience are mandatory;
2. Advanced English and Spanish are mandatory;
3. Project certification is desirable;
4. Excellent interpersonal skills;
5. Experience as a Project/Squad leader;
6. Knowledge of IT is desirable;
7. Proactivity is key to achieving goals;
8. Excellent communication skills;
9. Proficiency in stakeholder management is essential;
10. Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, Continuous Improvement and others.
