Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Forms to oversee, manage, and lead enterprise application projects from initiation through successful delivery. They should possess strong technical knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports, excellent project management capabilities, and proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end project management of Oracle Forms application development, enhancements, and migration projects.
2. Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource plans.
3. Manage and coordinate technical teams, both onsite and offshore, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
4. Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and ensure project deliverables align with business goals and compliance requirements.
5. Provide technical leadership and guidance on Oracle Forms best practices, performance optimization, and modernization strategies.
6. Ensure proper documentation of requirements, design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
7. Communicate regularly with executive leadership and key stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.
8. Facilitate Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall processes as appropriate per project type.
