We are seeking a Project Manager who isn’t afraid of leaving the prescriptive elements of their PMP behind. We deliver based on customer needs, not strictly following a methodology. We blend the best of the software development lifecycle, project lifecycle, continuous improvement, and business analysis to create a fast-paced, customer-focused, and ever-improving process. Responsibilities

1. Understanding demand
2. Getting involved in intake processes
3. Delivering projects against statements of work
4. Coordinating cross-functional groups
5. Developing business improvements regularly
6. Challenging the status quo in pursuit of excellence
7. Using documented processes to find solutions and improve them
8. Helping people implement software in an engaging and exploratory way while meeting SOW requirements
9. Cloud-based ERP implementation
10. Handling housekeeping tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and status reporting

Requirements

1. 3-year degree
2. 5+ years of project management experience
3. Experience delivering software solutions to customers
4. Experience working with senior management
5. Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning
6. Growth and improvement mindset
7. Revenue forecasting skills aligned with project budgets
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and influence across organizational levels
9. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects using data and metrics
